Hello dear! I am really sorry but your artwork doesn't fit the rules The contest is about celebration, and it is mentioned there, you should have done something about halloween itself, not just horror-pic.
Anyway - your work is good and i +fav it. PLease don't be offended, but as i decline other non-halloween works - would be unfair of me to approve the entry. Please don't be upset
